Job Overview

* The client is looking for an experienced and highly motivated tester

* This person will be responsible for test preparation, test execution including exploratory testing using various techniques and tools.

* Assist Users to support for User Acceptance Testing

* Assist Performance tester to identify test data

* Work with Live service team to support Operational Acceptance and Supportability testing.

Role Responsibilities

* Testing of various technologies including Oracle Forms, reports, Java applications, batch processes and integrated packages

* Compile test scripts, documentation and test evidence

* Reporting issues and tracking through to resolution using the Test Incident Management process.

* Participate in team activities such as planning, stand ups and retrospectives

Key Skills Required

Must have:

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* A passion for software testing

* Good team-worker

* Analytical skills / Quick Learner

* Minimum 5 years in software testing

* Knowledge of the full development lifecycle

* SQL and Unix skills

* Experience with Agile tools e.g. Confluence and JIRA

Desirable:

* ISTQB Certification

* Business Analysis

* Developer experience
