1st Line Support - Windows Support

Junior 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Engineer required by a well known client in Hampshire on a contract basis.

This is a great position for someone who has little or no experience and is looking to get into an IT career.

Skills

* Customer service focused

* Log and assign calls via email, telephone & face to face in our Helpdesk System

* Resolve 1st line support problem like active directory administrative tasks, Oracle administrative task, Windows XP / 7 desktop support, internet explorer issue & Office 2010 / Office 365 issues.

* Perform system monitoring tasks, daily checks
