An excellent role for an Operations Supervisor with cabling experience looking to join a specialist telecommunications company where you will work technically challenging projects, whilst potentially progressing your career into a managerial role such as Project Management or similar?

Do you have experience of managing a team of field operatives within the telecoms industry in regards to cabling associated works? Are you looking to join a growing company with the chance to progress in to management?

This company specialise within the telecoms industry where they provide an expert service across the whole of the midlands and Home Counties, with operations potentially moving to a nationwide scale as they move forward. They are rapidly expanding and have won several multimillion pound contracts with an ever growing order book. Due to continued expansion they are looking for an Operations Supervisor (cabling) who will help to manage operatives to carry out civil works associated within the telecoms industry.

In this hands-off role you will manage multiple teams of cabling gangs to ensure maximum productivity, ensuring SHEQ and other company/industry standards are being met using your prior supervisory experience of cabling gangs. You will liaise with other professionals to ensure that the projects are carried out to Quality, Health & Safety standards on time and within budget.

This role would ideally suit an experienced telecoms cabling Supervisor who is looking to support multiple lucrative contracts, with the potential to progress in to a management role as the company grows.

* Managing multiple teams of field cabling engineers within the telecoms industry

* Ensuring operatives adhere to health and safety standards

* £28,000 - £34,000kpa

The Person:

* Supervisory experience within cabling (telecoms)

* Health and Safety conscious

* Wants to progress career long-term

* Knowledge and understanding of different types of cabling (fibre, copper, swa etc)
