Affiliate Manager - Central London - £55-£85k DOEAbout the role
This is a great opportunity to come in and own our Affiliate programme.
You'll own the strategy for Affiliates in the company and be hands-on in running the programme from discovery, education, management and reporting. Therefore, it is critical you are a self-starter that can bring a wealth of exposure to the team from day one.
We see huge potential for a properly executed affiliate strategy to drive revenue and attract both buyers and sellers to our platform in both the UK and the US.
ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the Affiliate strategy and managementCreate new relationships with publishers and networksCreate and manage best practice to ensure all affiliates are promoting BarkLocate, onboard and motivate new affiliates in line with business objectivesDesign and develop a programme to encourage new customers to register on Bark via affiliatesDrive measurable results
Required skills The successful candidate more than likely has extensive exposure to running and managing an expansive affiliate program as well as devising the strategyB2C or SMB environments, with high volume online transactionsA self-starter and able to demonstrate that through past exposure Strong project management and reporting skillsHighly numerate and able to analyse data and trendsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalCommercially astuteDriven, ambitious and keen to grow with the company
