Job Title: Technical Support (Cloud)

Based in Wiltshire, the Company is a world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced monitoring and data-logging systems, and provides bespoke design and manufacturing services to other market-leading companies.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will provide effective first-line technical support for their expanding range of Cloud-based products and services.

Job Role:

Main Duties

* Become an expert on their data logging hardware and software, with training provided

* Troubleshoot customer systems, from individual PCs to corporate networks

* Visit customers to provide on-site problem solving, when necessary

* If needed, respond to requests for support outside normal working hours

* Create technical support materials

* Maintain a high level of relevant technical knowledge

* Calm, friendly and professional manner

* Problem solving

* Interest in learning new skills

* Experience of wireless networks, Cloud computing and remote troubleshooting preferred

* Driving licence
