1st Line Support Engineer, 25K, Crawley, West Sussex

Based just outside of London, we are looking for a recent graduate or apprentice who is lookin for a career in IT as a 1st Line Support Engineer.

Working on behalf of a small collaborative team, you will be resposible for providing expertise across desktops, applications & networks.

You'll be working remotely, from our office and travelling to client site so we will provide a company car and a host of other benefits to assist you in your role.

What we are looking for;

- Knowledge of basic IT Networking and Desktops gained from a degree, apprenticeship or previous experience in a similar role.

- Strong communication skills

- Excellent written and verbal skills, able to document work and process effectively.
