We're looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join a growing global business to develop the marketing automation roadmap, direct & educate the marketing teams on how to optimise & deliver campaigns using marketing automation in order to achieve the maximum benefits and ROI, providing advice for running campaigns along the way.

You will:

- Be the UK lead for digital campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Clou

- Take the lead role in the scoping, planning, roll-out and implementation of Salesforce email, marketing automation to UK marketing and the wider business

- Oversee UK strategy for marketing automation alongside the global marketing team.

You will have experience in:

- Marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

- Web analytics systems (Google Analytics)

- Creating training & support documentation for email & social media and then training people in the use of marketing automation

- Managing social media activity

- Managing cross-functional teams and coaching and leading more junior colleagues

You will also have:

- A high level of attention to detail

- The ability to work to tight timescales

- The ability to seek creative solutions to problems

- The ability to manage third party agencies and suppliers

- The ability to set and follow processes and procedures
