BI Test Analyst - SQL Server - TSQL - SSIS - SSRS - Cubes - Functional Testing - Automation Testing - DWH Testing - 6 month contract - £300 to £320 per day - Birmingham

My client is a leading FTSE250 organisation, operating within a niche services sector. Due to a successful period of growth, the organisation is looking to enhance their Business Intelligence, and require a talented BI Test Analyst.

Role:

The candidate will be tasked to build various reports for senior management and Finance team from the clients Data warehouse systems. Due to fresh project demand, candidates will get to work on testing Cubes to alter financial service reports, as well creating an everlasting testing strategy for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

*Performing ETL testing,

*Test planning and defect management for BI solutions

*Automation Testing

*Preventing Defects over finding Defects

*Created a Regression test pack for testing ETL packages and BI Reports.

Technical Skillsets/Key Requirements:

*SQL Server

*TSQL

*Data warehouse architectures, database models and database reporting tools

*SSIS, SSRS (Mandatory)

*SSAS (advantageous)

*Data warehouses, data cubes and ETL testing

*Excel

*JIRA/Issue management tool experience

*Demonstrate expertise working within data warehousing environment

*Strong hands-on-track record of testing BI Solutions

*Functional Testing

This is 6 month contract paying from £300 to £320 per day based in Birmingham. If interested, then please reply back with an updated CV.
