Job Title: Business Change Manager ( SC Cleared )

Contract: 6 Month (Outside IR35)

Location: London, Warrington or Bristol

The Business Change Manager will prepare a business area for the impact of the changes being delivered by the programme/project. Provides a link between the programme/project and the business users to ensure that activities are planned and completed to enable the business area to implement the agreed change and realise the benefits.

The Business Change Manager will:

*Lead on business change activity and work with the programme/project to support the delivery of the Business Case benefits and outcomes.

*Support the programme delivery managers in preparing and updating the change management elements of the Business Case.

*Manage the business change plan for a specific area of responsibility.

*Support the project managers, programme delivery managers and stakeholders to identify and leverage benefits.

*Work with the stakeholder managers, programme delivery managers and the Communications Team to create and maintain the communications plan as it relates to business change messaging.

Essential Skills:

*Agile Transformation Experience

*Proven experience in a professional Programme/Project Management role.

*Industry-recognised Programme and Project Management (PPM) qualification:

*Managing Successful Programmes Practitioner (or equivalent).

*APMG Change Management Practitioner.

*APM Practitioner Qualification.

*Detailed knowledge of change management and implementation.

*Good understanding of stakeholder engagement.

*Proven experience of managing a team or first line management.
