SAP FI/CO Project Consultant- Poznan.

A highly qualified SAP Project Consultant required for a multinational company based in Poznan. In this role you will have the opportunity to work alongside developers and IT professionals in Finance Controlling.

For this role you will need to be having significant experience working with SAP and with teams. On a day to day basis you will be:

* Creating adjustable solutions enabling business plans and aligning with templates,

* Facilitating change management

* Solving everyday business issues

* Cooperating with other IT engineers and architects on implementing systems' in overseas branches

* Advising on Finance Controlling in order to generate savings, searching for any ineffectiveness in processes and systems

* Making sure that systems meet Service Legal Agreement requirements

The role also requires willingness to travel (between 0-P of the time).

For this role you will need:

* Significant experience of working with SAP CP, including CO-OM, CO-CCA. CO-PCA, CO-PA

* Fluent English (written, spoken)

* Strong communication and inter-personal skills

* Experience working with multinational teams

* Experience in converting business needs into SAP solutions

* Proven track record of bringing process improvements

Desirably, you will also:

* Have experience working with shared services

* Have experience working with IT professionals from US, Asia and Europe

* Have material ledger knowledge

* Have worked on full lifecycle SAP application

* Be able to prioritise your workload based on business current need

* Be able to stick to deadlines and take responsibility for tasks

* Be a good team- player

* Deal easily with change
