Senior/Regional Planner - London, Berkshire, Bristol (Projects throughout the M4 Corridor)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner for a well-known and respected construction business as the business continues to grow and win more exciting projects throughout the UK. Their projects vary, so experience sought is a Planner that has planned on a multitude of different types of project. Projects such as car showrooms, industrial units, warehouses/ distribution centres, airports buildings and commercial offices would be highly desirable.

This position will suit a person that is independent, self-motivated, and that can work as part of a team and understands the full life cycle of a construction project.

Essential requirements

Experience working in the construction sector, specifically on a multitude of different building types.

- Able to plan and manage multiple projects.

- Minimum 5 years' experience in similar position.

- Must have a deep understanding of construction projects.

- Considerable tender planning experience.

- Relevant Degree or Higher Level Qualification

- Asta Powerproject usage.

- Must be keen and enthusiastic.

- Must be a team player.

Willingness to travel around London, South East and South West (as required). Projects are central London, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Bristol.

Remuneration

Salary on offer for this Senior Planner position is up to £70,000 per annum, plus a marketing leading benefits package for the right person. There is a degree of flexibility for the right person.

Car or car allowance (circa 10% of salary), healthcare, company bonus scheme (Up to 15%), company pension contribution and 25 days holiday, with extra day after 5 yrs and another after 10 years' service up to max of 27 days
