Our Central Government client based in London is recruiting for a Procurement Manager. Providing the organizational support that sits beneath all of this. Some may be building procurement model.
Provided details
* Shape business input into procurement requirements defined by Commercial and develop a procurement strategy
* Develop commercial options
* Draft contract schedules and terms and conditions
* Develop an evaluation methodology
* Strong public sector complex procurement skills - programme management and technical
* Strong commercial / analytical skills
* Experience in contracts drafting, especially for complex service delivery. Experience e.g. in drafting Model Services Contract schedules
* Understand procurement regulations and large procurement projects and commercial models.
* Senior Stakeholder management.
DESIRABLE skills
* Experience of working on government procurement projects
* Experience with buying digital solutions
* Good understanding of the UK public sector / government
* CIPS qualified
* Contract management qualification / accreditation
