Senior Instrumentation Technician- £30,000-35,000 - Carmarthenshire

A leading security consultancy are looking to bring in an experienced Instrumentation Technician to join their team based in the South East on a permanent basis.

This is a fast paced environment with challenging timescales which demands resilience in dealing with many conflicting tasks at one time for a variety of customers.

Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

* Developing instrumentation plans whilst interpreting customer requirements Ensuring that instrumentation is fit for purpose and operated by competent operators

* There is a focus is on delivering quality assured data and an appropriate service

* Support the Modelling and Analysis of the Instrumentation team

* Using knowledge of Safe Systems of Work, Test and Evaluation Ranges and trials safety within this role

Qualification/ Skills & Attributes:

* Qualified to HNC/D or equivalent in maths, physics or engineering, or have completed a suitable and relevant apprenticeship, with an interest in data management and data capture instrumentation

* Experience in handling data in a methodical and safe manner is imperative

* Be able to manage or supervise staff

* Strong Communicator and a Team Player.

* Full UK Driving license needed
