Purpose of Role:

Your key responsibilities

As a member of the Product Strategy & Performance Team within Business Services, the Process Analyst is responsible for providing business change and process engineering support on Development projects and change initiatives within our Wholesale Ethernet portfolio.

* You will act as the Process Lead on a large structured delivery project, providing support across the entire project lifecycle.

* You will lead and facilitating process mapping and re-engineering workshops with Business and Technology stakeholders, analysing, designing and developing end to end business processes from Partner on-boarding, Fulfilment, Assurance and Billing to Service management processes.

* You will support the definition of target operational models including organisational roles and responsibilities and governance structures.

* You will support operational and business readiness planning and develop operational readiness activities, setting out communication plans and procedures across operational teams.

* You will ensure teams have clear guidelines, processes, policies and support to effectively carry out their jobs and ensure adherence to agreed processes.

* You will participate in the governance of the service from a process perspective by being the interface between operations and project teams and developing clear operational acceptance criteria.

* Where necessary, you will support the quick turnaround of KPI impacting operational issues, organising the right people to understand the key issues and formulate appropriate workarounds.

* You will work closely with the Service Performance Manager for Wholesale Ethernet and build and maintain excellent relationships with Commercial Operations, Regulatory, Product, Provisioning and Assurance teams.

What we are looking for:

* Six Sigma certification or similar (Desirable)

* Prior experience in analysis and implementation of efficiencies in processes and procedures, development of process architectures and use of modelling notations (BPMN).

* Excellent process mapping and re-engineering skills with advanced Visio, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge.

* Telecoms industry experience with excellent working knowledge of B2B Telco BSS and OSS systems.

* Highly motivated professional with a proactive and customer focused approach.

* Strong and clear communicator with high degree of autonomy/ability to work on own initiative.

* Leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and empower teams and foster collaboration.

* Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and documentation skills.

Key Essentials:

* Excellent process mapping and re-engineering skills with advanced Visio, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. (1)

* Telecoms industry experience with excellent working knowledge of B2B Telco BSS and OSS systems. (2)

* Strong and clear communicator with high degree of autonomy/ability to work on own initiative. (3)
