Frank Recruitment Group is looking to recruit an ambitious, experienced and innovative Technical SEO Strategist to join the company's growing in-house digital marketing team.

Working alongside our SEO, content and outreach teams, you'll take ownership of on-site performance and technical integrity across our 10 websites, using a range of tools and techniques to provide strategic recommendations to drive website growth.

Duties:

* Perform technical site audits, creating clear roadmaps and evidence-based strategies.

* Carry out competitor analysis, backlink audits, keyword research, and other research projects as required.

* Troubleshoot and debug roadblocks in search engines or users accessing content.

* Resolve complex indexation and crawlability issues.

* Play a leading role in strategic discussions about how SEO can solve our business challenges and drive marketing performance.

* Give detailed site architecture and URL structure recommendations to our development team.

* Keep up-to-date with SEO developments and drive innovation in technical SEO best practice, sharing knowledge across the team where applicable.

* Create qualitative and quantitative reporting to show website progress, and develop new ways to improve, track and monitor search performance.

* Work with the Content Team Leader to identify content optimization opportunities.

Experience required:

* Proven experience in successfully managing multiple SEO campaigns and achieving results.

* Excellent analytical skills, the ability to interpret data and trends along with meticulous attention to detail.

* Fantastic communication skills and an ability to create rapport at all levels.

* Ability to write well thought-out, comprehensive commentary, reports and communication.

* Advanced knowledge of Excel or other spreadsheet packages.

* Technical understanding of website architecture.

* Previous experience working with WordPress.
