This new position will be a key member of a small team focused on the continued development of the existing Computer Aided Facilities Management system entitled Planon. The role will have a specific focus on creation and development of User Groups and Function Profiles along with some CAD knowledge. Training will be provided to the right candidate.

The relocation to Waterside has provided the opportunity to effectively create and develop space data, define and agree new business processes and consequently improve the provision of customer service to all users. To manage spaces effectively and to thrive in the new environment, there is a firm commitment from Senior Management to develop Planon to provide a robust Integrated Workspace Management System.

Essential skills needed include proven experience of Relational Database development as well as Networking and sensor on-boarding and installation.

Knowledge and understanding of all or some of the following areas would be an advantage: CAD application, Agile Workspace Management, Cloud environments, Visual Basic, Web development including HTML, CSS and Java script

As the role will include development and delivery of one-to-one and group training and workshops, candidates will need to possess the following attributes;

          Excellent verbal and written communication skills

          Patient and approachable manner

          The ability to remain calm under pressure
