ERP Support Technician -Cambridge-£22,000-£25,000 Per Annum.

A self- starting, motivated ERP Support Consultant is required to join the rapidly growing team at my Global, End User Client.

My client established their business in 1976 and has continuously prospered since. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with international universities, research institutes, and have constant opportunity to be a part of the team responsible for developing high performing products for our customers. You will be responsible for maintaining the business's first class service. Effectively delivering trouble-shooting in various aspects of Microsoft ERP Technologies.

The successful candidate will have the following essential skills,

* Extensive experience providing 1st-2nd line support.

* Proficient Administration experience - working with Microsoft 365

* Knowledge of TCP IP, DNS and DHCP

* Excellent communication skills.

* Strong Problem Solving abilities.

* Effective time management and work-load prioritisation.

* Preferred troubleshooting of Dynamics NAV (Not essential)

* Clean UK Driving Licence.

The successful candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities in this role,

* Administration of devices; mobile phones, desktops, computers and managed switches.

* Assist with Project work.

* Assist users with day to day IT problems- to include those related to Dynamics NAV.
