Data platform engineer

The main focus of this role is to help organisations fully understand their data. Data is at the heart of smart analytics so engineers are needed to drive real business.

As the client operates on such a large scale no day will be the same. Although this list contains different skills sets there are a range of opportunities available . Even if you do not have all the requirements do not hesitate to apply.

List of skills:

* Azure (e.g. ADLS, Cosmos DB, Azure Analytics)

* AWS (e.g Athena, Redshift, Glue, EMR)

* Experience of developing enterprise grade ETL/data pipelines with tools like Informatica and Talend

* Experience building and deploying solutions to Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) including Cloud provisioning tools (e.g. Terraform)

* Skills in one of the following required: EC2, Redshift, Lambda. Scripting experience a plus in other technologies, e.g. preference for Python, but JavaScript, C#, Java, and Go
