Based in a funky studio in Nottingham's Lace Market City Centre, here's a truly exciting job in an uncompromising design agency boasting a client list of incredible variety, each of whom they excite and impress with a brave and uncomplicated approach. Their work is always high-end and professional, however their internal culture is not formal at all. They are looking for someone talented and honest who loves feeling like they are working with family.

They focus on 4 deeply overlapping disciplines - Web, Graphics, Video & Photography.

This is a career role. To complement their growing team and client list, they are looking for a senior PHP web developer with significant experience to take the lead in web development at this company. They already have over 50 clients that collectively turnover half a billion pounds, so they need to find the right person to scale with, but also one that can objectively be themselves. They want to find someone who really cares about what they do and about being part of a tight team that is being noticed by some major players.

First and foremost, you've got to be happy - really great client relationships come from happy people. They are an agency that boasts an incredibly close rapport with all their clients where the service you'll offer is significantly more effective (and enjoyable) than your typical agency. You won't shirk good old-fashioned graft and you'll have a love of sharing your passion for new ideas and approaches with the team and clients. You'll also need to be passionate about doing a great job - consistently. You'll be a massive part in making clients feel excited about what you are creating for them thus you'll truly get back what you put in.

The skillset they are looking for:

- A bright & proactive attitude to work

- Very strong PHP skills with Laravel framework experience

- Strong JavaScript skills, preferably with framework experience such as Vue/React

- Database design & user authentication

- Experience working with APIs

- Comprehensive knowledge of HTML, CSS / SCSS, HTTPS / SSL and setup
