Project Manager (Change Delivery / Customer Communications)

We are actively looking to secure a Project Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and coordinating the delivery of one programme or several projects, working closely with all areas of the organisation. You will have the following specific responsibilities:

* Delivering projects to time and to budget, using both agile and waterfall delivery methods

* Working closely with Product Owners and Sponsors/Business Owners to ensure the required outcomes are achieved

* Ensuring an agile project is delivered at optimum capacity, and being regularly reviewed to identify and implement improvements

* Being a catalyst across Technology and Business functions to ensure deliverables fit in with existing strategies, and evolving them in order to realise business benefits as quickly as possible

* Assess and implement changes to the operating model

* Identifying stakeholders and ensuring their interests/needs are understood and met

* Establishing/shaping projects and defining workstream responsibilities

* Defining and managing project delivery plans and dependencies across multiple development teams, business functions, territories and 3rd parties

* Defining and managing project budgets and resource plans

* Managing issues and risks

* Establishing effective project governance

* Producing accurate and timely status updates to senior stakeholders across all territories

Candidate Specification

* You'll have a history of delivering significant and challenging projects successfully, using the agile delivery methodology, preferably in the media/telecommunications industry.

* You'll have experience of e2e delivery across Technology, Marketing, Operations and PR, and exposure to implementing customer communication strategies and operating model changes.

* You'll have a genuine interest in the rapidly changing global TV telco landscape

* You'll lead by example and will be prepared to go the extra mile when needed. You won't be reticent in challenging accepted approaches, but you'll do this in an emotionally intelligent way.

* Quality and attention to detail is very important to you. You'll demonstrate this in everything you do, balanced by an appropriate level of pragmatism.

Essential Skills

* Strong academic background, educated to degree level, or equivalent experience

* Minimum 5 years' e2e project management experience across Technology and Business

* Project management methods and techniques (e.g. stakeholder management, planning and dependency management, issue and risk management, budget and resource management etc)

* History of delivering successful projects (as a Project or Programme Manager)

* Change management and business/operational readiness

* Leading a project with application of the agile methodology e2e

* Operating Model change implementation

* Microsoft Office suite of tools

* Good written and verbal communications
