Our client operates in the creative market industry, with showrooms across the globe. Having established one of their largest sites in Bermondsey, they are looking to recruit for an IT Support Analyst to join a close-knit team of 5.

Role Overview

As the IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for the front-line support of all users across the company. With a user base of approximately 140 individuals, you will work to provide IT support, help and advice. You should be confident in responding to service tickets, documenting and resolving issues presented.

Excellent communication and the ability to liaise with both IT and non-IT literate users is essential. The ideal candidate will have good time keeping skills and show flexibility in working environments.

This role may suit a candidate with the following job titles:

IT Analyst, IT Technician, First Line Support, 1st Line Support, Helpdesk
