Project Manager

Location; Manchester

Rate; £300

Duration; 12 Month+

The opportunity;

The opportunity is the chance to be PM, #1 on site for a national Tier 1 contractor on a £60M hotel project located not far from the centre of Manchester. There is a high chance the contract will be extended due to numerous tenders the are currently involved in so career stability and progression is more than a possibility here.

Requirements;

* Project Manager will have strong High Rise / Construction background

* Experience in being a number 1 on £25m+ Projects

* Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering or construction based subject

* Minimum of SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid in date

* Residing within a commutable distance to Manchester
