Digital Marketing Data Analyst (SQL, Python, Hadoop, Cloud) - London - 3 Month Contract

My client, a large Network Technology organisation are looking for a Data Analyst to join them in London on a 3 month initial contract with a view to extend. The position can offer a competitive daily rate and the client are keen to get someone started in mid-January.

Role Background:

* As a member of the Digital Marketing Tech Stack team, you will be the Data Subject matter expert in charge of designing, building, integrating and managing marketing specific business data objects across all the major platforms. You will be leading the effort to build a 360 view of the customer profile across marketing.

* You will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing a robust business data dictionary of marketing data elements / objects across the organisation working closely with business stakeholders, capability owners and IT.

* You will also be responsible for all business data integration design, development and implementation across the major tech stack platforms working very closely with IT.

Required Skills:

* Candidates should have at least 4 years' experience in Data Management related experience, in particular design and integration.

* Any prior experience of working within functional marketing would also be beneficial, working closely with customer data, platforms such as Eloqua or Marketo are also desirable.

* Any exposure to content management platforms like Adobe and Adtech platforms like Google Doubleclick.

* Candidates should have strong SQL and data modelling experience and a solid understanding of Data Mining and governance.

* Experience with tools such as Map Reduce, Hadoop, Oracle and Teradata are also required.

* Any prior experience of NoSQL (SAP Hana, HBase, HDFS, Cassandra or MongoDB) is also of interest.
