Highbridge (Commutable from Burnham-on-Sea, Bridgwater and Weston-Super-Mare)

£26,000-33,000 + 37 Days Holiday + 6.5% Pension + Training

As a government funded, privately managed business this company are involved in managing the environmental aspects of the Somerset Area. Established over 10 years ago the company play a pivotal role in protecting people, property and the environment.

In this role you will be responsible for planning, tendering and organising contracted maintenance and small works projects. You will oversee Machine Operators and Site Inspectors and be responsible for all aspects of Health and Safety. You will be predominantly office based but will be required to travel to sites around Somerset.

This is the ideal role for a Team Leader or Supervisor with experience in the construction, ground works, civil, plant, earthworks or similar industry and is looking for a change of pace in a steady company.

THE ROLE:

*Overseeing Machine Operators and Site Ispectors

*Responsible for Health and Safety

*Planning, tendering and organising staff and projects

THE PERSON:

*Team Leader or Supervisory experience

*Background in construction, ground works, civil, plant, earthworks or similar industry

*Health and Safety training

*UK Driving licence and vehicle
