Linux Systems Engineer (Star Wars Software!) £40,000 - £45,000 plus generous benefits
We are seeking a Linux focused Systems Engineer to join a team building software used in the production of huge movies such as the Star Wars franchise and Pixar productions!
As the Linux Systems Engineer you will work with a superb team of Engineers, Administrators and DevOps specialists to improve and scale core infrastructure and systems, including server infrastructure and networking, supporting products used by high profile global customers.
You will also have the opportunity to work within a modern automated, containerized cloud based environment and if desired, grow your knowledge of DevOps and Cloud tools. You will also be able to see your work and effort behind the scenes on huge Hollywood movies.
We are looking for a Linux Systems Engineer with:
* Broad knowledge of Linux technologies which could include RedHat, Ubuntu or CentOS
* Some experience with network technologies including LAN/WAN, routers, VPN's or network monitoring
* Any exposure to DevOps or Cloud tools would be great but not essential
