Digital Forum Specialist to create engaging content for market disrupting energy company in Bath

The Role

As Digital Content Coordinator you will be responsible for the maintenance & growth of the company's online community with over 16,000 members and increasing every day. You will have daily contact with online community members / consumers ensuring support is both clear and engaging. You will create informative content dealing with issues raised and maintaining reactive and proactive communication with consumers. The role involves:

* welcoming new members / replying to threads

* helping to grow a safe and supportive online community

* reacting to urgent issues / service statuses / member generated flags

* liaising on policy enforcement issues as required

* maintaining community boards / threads / ideas / rewards scheme / FAQs etc.

* supporting Marketing team with campaigns, advertising and promotions

The Person

As Online Community Coordinator / Digital Forum Specialist you will be organised, great at multi-tasking and brimming with enthusiasm. You'll be able to adapt to change and love doing things differently. You'll have the opportunity to help develop the company proposition with your knowledge of modern communication methods and natural sense of curiosity. A passion for sustainability and the environment is desirable, but if you are successful you'll soon be converted! You will have:

* experience of digital and online communities

* excellent writing and communication ability

* knowledge management and sharing skills

* ability to manage workload and changing priorities
