About the Company

Our client are recruitment experts who are currently recruiting an SAP FICO Consultant on behalf of an SAP consultancy working in distribution within the utilities field. The role is based in Central London and the hiring company is headquartered in Solihull, necessitating some travel to Solihull on occasion.

This is an exciting chance for an SAP FICO expert with implementation experience to join an up and coming niche consultancy and play a key role in the success of the business.

Your Role

As an SAP FICO Consultant, you will be tasked with delivering a range of consultancy services to clients that are focused around the SAP FICO module.

Specifically, you will work with stakeholders and business process management personnel to understand and gather requirements. You’ll deliver best practice business processes, optimise the use of SAP and troubleshoot complex SAP problems whilst defining and developing appropriate solutions.

Additionally, you will support existing applications while promoting new systems and identifying new business opportunities for the company.

The company is headquartered in Solihull and, as such, you will be required to travel to Solihull on occasion.

About You

To be considered as an SAP FICO Consultant, you will need:

- Significant experience with SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling)

- To have participated in either two full implementation projects, or one full implementation coupled with extensive support experience

- Knowledge of CO-PA (Controlling Profitability Analysis)

The ability to understand basic ABAP code would be an advantage, as would exposure to BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation). An SAP FICO Certification would also be beneficial, as would functional area knowledge of SAP HR, PM/CS, SAP MM and CRM.
