An opportunity to join a Practice looking to dominate the Private Equity market in London.

My client is a leading US Practice with one of the largest legal brands globally. Initially leveraging against excellent relationships in the US, the London firm has since grown to be a significant force in the London market.

They are looking to bolster their team with an Associate offering significant experience within large Private Equity transactions at the very top of the market. You must have experience from a competitor practice and ideally be able to demonstrate working as part of larger teams on premium transactions.

Essential

* Minimum of 2PQE

* Currently working for a Magic Circle or Band 1 US Firm operating at the very top of the PE market in London and Europe

* Demonstrable experience with funds investing into these jurisdictions
