Support Engineer - Central London - Global Finance/ Wealth Management Company

As result of continued expansion, a market leading, global wealth management organisation, within the Financial Sector are looking to add a Support Engineer to their already expert team.
 
This role is paying between £35,000 and £40,000 with an excellent benefits package, with a rapidly expanding company offering technical development within a diverse environment.

***Face to Face Interviews to take place first week of January***

The Role:

The Support Engineer will be part of the Branch Solutions team, where you will provide 2nd/3rd line IT Support to Raymond James' UK Branches. In this role, you will also perform IT Audits on these branches to ensure that branch IT Systems comply with GDPR and IT policies.

TRAVEL WITHIN THE UK IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE.

IT Support:Assist with onboarding new branches to the IT managed solution.Help design, implement a maintain the IT Solution including Window 10, Office 365, Cloud backups, printing and desktop security.Setup users and migrate data in Office 365.Branch Audit:Help create the branch audit procedures in order to ensure that the branches comply with GDPR.Carry out Branch Audits - IT Audits will be done remotely and in some instances onsite at the branch.RequirementsKnowledge of Wintel Computing Systems.Active Directory and group policy.Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2 and 2016.Microsoft SCCM.Auditing Experience Excellent Communication SkillsA proven track record of the above requirements coupled with the ability to be self-motivated, have a strong service ethic and team attitude will secure an immediate interview.
