A Trainer in SAP Projects (Contract Management and other work streams such as PS/PP/PM/FO/AM/SD) is required to work for the UK's Leading Engineering Support Services organisation as part of their Corporate Services Division. As part of the Applications team who are delivering a Greenfield SAP implementation you will either be an experienced Trainer delivering across SAP Projects or a Super User in SAP Projects and want to progress into a fully-fledged training role.

You will be responsible for all activities in the training lifecycle for the SAP Project workstreams (Contract Management/PS/PP/PM/FO/AM/SD).

You will lead training activities during the delivery of this implementation as well as deliver training materials to support BAU activity.

Other responsibilities include:

* Conduct instructor led training sessions to Super Users & End Users on the new system functionality and business processes

* Manage training environment and landscape

* Assist in various training activities and provide advice and guidance to the business where required

* Understand the business processes for Projects and how the application supports the processes and integration with other SAP modules

Essential Skills

The successful candidate will either be an experienced SAP Trainer, or you will be a super user in SAP and want to progress into a training role.

Previously you will have worked in a challenging and complex organisation, with demonstrable experience of enabling organisational, business and technical change

Demonstrable experience of designing and delivering a blended learning solutions to users in your SAP area of specialism

Experience in developing and refining training course material development

Knowledge of the associated SAP Projects processes

Experience throughout the full SAP lifecycle (Design, Build, Test, Deploy)

Exemplary presentation skills

This role requires the individual to hold or be able to obtain SC Clearance on acceptance of the position.
