Spring Technology's client, a public sector organisation, are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager- Software / GIS for 3 month period based in Stirling on a rate of £350-400/day (outside of IR35).

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the ongoing management of live system trial project with 7 stakeholders, providing technical support and ensuring the aims of the trial are met, coordinating trial feedback and managing improvements.

* Responsible for the ongoing management of a zoning contract project to support Local Authorities to spatially map their land in accordance with relevant guidance documents and objectives; and annual technical & maintenance support package.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of GIS systems such as ArcGIS, QGIS and PostGIS are desirable, as is experience of managing mobile application and website development projects. Including the management of software trials with stakeholders

* Competent in Project Management of IT projects, with knowledge of GIS software, mobile application development and functional website development.
