This client has established themselves in the construction industry working with clients across a variety of sectors such as healthcare, office and education. The day to day responsibilities for this role will be to ensure all projects are carried out on time and to a quality standard. The successful candidate will ensure that all developments have sufficient resources to complete the job but also to ensure there is no surplus to requirement.

The Role

*Ensuring all works are carried out to an acceptable standard

*Ensuring the correct amount of resources are available

*Liaising with HR / Technical / Safety and Customer Services departments

*Office based whilst willing to regularly travel to site

The Person

*Contracts Manager OR Project Manager

*Ideally with Commercial/ Fit-Out or Refurbishment experience

*Living commutable to Weston-Super-Mare
