Technical Project Manager (.Net) in Helsinki!

Great opportunity in Helsinki with the capacity to bring someone in immedaitely. They are a small organisation (150 total but only 14 people in Finland) and work in a very agile way on projects. They have a very flat structure, very few tiers of management, and you get to have the opportunity to influence and change areas that you want to.

They value professional development and do not restrict learning and development of the yourself, by ensuring you're able to work with the technologies you want to work with.

They offer a great Work-life balance - and don't want their team working more than 37.5 hours where possible! They value time outside of work very highly and offer focus on a family oriented approach. Very flexible environment and will allow occasional home-working if needed.

What they require:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a PM

* Experience with the full software development lifecycle from requirements specification to acceptance testing and support (project management expertise needs to have customer facing focus, reporting, planning, design etc.)

* Excellent social skills and ability to perform demanding customer-facing work

* Preferably a technical background in Microsoft .NET development (C#, NET MVC)

* Hands-on experience with managing agile development (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)

* Experience with one or more work management tools such as VSTS (Visual studio team services) or JIRA

* Fluent English and Finnish

What they like:

* Previous experience from a (larger) consulting company

* Previous experience working with distributed teams

* Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, InRiver PIM, E-commerce solutions, CMS's (EPIServer, Umbraco, Sitecore, Sitefinity)

* Ability to speak either Danish or Russian (definitely not required)

* Experience running customer-facing workshops
