Who we are looking for

We are keen to interview experienced Scrum Masters who will be responsible for working to promote Agile and Scrum Practices in teams which are directly supporting our clients and their work. The role will involve working closely with Developers, Product Owners, Testers and other teams to effectively plan, organise and execute software delivery, as well as providing a point of contact to the business and manage the stakeholder relationship.

The successful candidate will have a background in either software development or delivery, with a strong commercial background in software project management. Excellent Agile experience is a must, as well as significant exposure to working as a Scrum Master. Exposure to Jira, Confluence, Scrum & Kanban will all be advantageous.

Please note that as this is a consultancy role, significant travel will be expected.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to

Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

Train and lead staff

Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
