We have an opportunity for an Agile Business Analyst to join Experis on a permanent basis. Job Purpose

The Agile Business Analyst is a key resource in our structured agile teams, supporting the day-to-day business analysis required for project delivery operations. They are responsible for leading project scoping, product backlog development/management, requirement sign-off and handover activities. Additionally. Our agile business analyst will also have responsibility for stakeholder management and business processes, IT solution and website analysis, mapping and requirements gathering.

We are especially interested in identifying an Agile Business Analyst who is fully capable of managing requirements end-to-end, across multiple accounts, and is highly skilled and experienced in industry-standard agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

Responsibilities include;

* Owning the requirements gathering process end-to-end with key business stakeholders

* Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to effectively deliver projects

* Support the creation and maintenance of project and requirements documentation

* Build, develop, maintain and handover Product Backlog

* Ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained

* Building and nurturing strong client relationships

Essential skills/Knowledge

* Experienced Agile Business Analyst

* Minimum 3+ years in a business analysis or equivalent role

* Experience in driving digital transformation projects

* A complete understanding of the software delivery life cycle

* Highly-skilled and experienced in industry-standard agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

* Familiarity with the Atlassian suite including Jira and Confluence

* Must be well versed in industry-standard project management and agile methodologies

* Previous experience of managing and communicating with clients

* The ability to work to multiple deadlines
