Our IT and IT Sales division is rapidly expanding in the North of England, thus we are looking for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join the Leeds IT Team in their brand new city centre office. At Interaction you will be working alongside some of the most talented IT Recruiters in a lucrative area of the market. Interaction offers plenty of progression and earning opportunities, with an uncapped commission structure and opportunities to progress to Senior Consultant, Branch Manager and Regional Manager dependent on targets.

What are we looking for:
- Ambitious and driven recruitment consultants looking to earn high and win new business
- Previous experience in the IT or IT Sales recruitment industry or recruiters from another industry who want a new challenge and can evidence their success in previous roles
- Graduates with 1-3 years in an IT or IT Sales discipline who have an interest in the IT sector
- A full UK driving license
What does the role involve?
As a consultant at Interaction Recruitment you will be responsible for delivering candidates into our existing client base and winning new business. You will be identifying talent in the IT sector and interviewing these candidates for related positions. You will also be pitching for business at Director level in both corporate businesses and technology firms. We offer the opportunity to hone in your specialism as your time progresses at Interaction Recruitment, possibly launching your own division and recruiting your own team.
Successful recruitment consultants earn £50k and even £75k at Interaction Recruitment due to the uncapped commission structure.
