An ambitious and driven Managing Consultant looking for progression and high earnings'€¢

A proven high achiever already experienced in the IT or IT Sales Recruitment environment wanting to move to a more autonomous office'€¢

A full UK driving licence

 What does the role involve?As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for working with both our existing accounts and developing new leads to bring in new clients from the IT industry. You will spot and interview the newest talent whilst also arranging meetings with pitching for business with the Directors of corporate businesses and technology firms. As your time at Interaction Recruitment progresses, you have the opportunity to hone your specialism in to a favoured area.As a Managing Consultant, you will be able to build up your own IT Recruitment team around you. You will lead the team, offering hands on mentoring from your experience in the industry. Your earnings will be unlimited at Interaction Recruitment, with successful consultants annually earning £75k and more.
