Lead Integration Architect- AWS, Java

Responsible for the E2E Integration design from inception to delivery, working closely with other architects across functional areas making sure all architecture viewpoints are captured in the design e.g. business, infrastructure/cloud, security, data, and operations architectures. Must have experience working with senior managers across IT and business capable of talking to technical and non-technical individuals to gather project and strategic, functional and non-functional requirements, and translating these into information and technology architectures; must also be customer focused able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Must have experience articulating different architecture layers e.g. conceptual, logical, physical, and deployment architectures, must have experience governing high level and low level designs with full lifecycle management, from requirements management to supporting the operations teams with service introduction. Must have experience creating and governing principles, standards, patterns and best practices. Experience of direct or matrix people management preferable with experience of mentoring and training junior resources a plus.

This role works across the IT organization and with business partners to define and build out complex solutions and drive value through business process simplification, automation and new product capabilities. You will play a critical role in designing and developing scalable, message based, event driven micro-service-oriented system.

Key Skills Required:

* Experience of migrating legacy systems into the Cloud.

* Must have AWS & Java experience.

* Must be able to create solutions and pull everyone together to achieve the end goal.

* Agile experience along with Messaging experience is also important.

* Candidates must also demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic, personable, supportive, and proactive personality.

* 10+ years leading technology transformation

* Have strong experience in Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google or Hybrid) based architecture designs and implementations

* Have experience in DevOps stack (CI & CD) and other dependency management and build tools such as Jenkins, Gradle, Maven, Ant and Ivy

* Have experience in data architecture and design across ETL, DWH and Analytics; Big Data, Hadoop, SQL and NOSQL databases
