Technical Support Engineer

£35,000 | London

Our client are a name you would know in the sporting industry and we have the pleasure of helping them expand their backend IT team! They are looking to hire passionate, personable and eager IT professionals to join their skilled IT team.

You will of worked in a similar position before, being part of a small and technical team that handle a company's Infrastructure. As you can imagine communication skills are essential in this position, as you will be interacting with your uses, including VIP support.

Skills:

* Experience working within a 2nd / 3rd line help desk position, being involved in technical resolution of tickets.

* Knowledge doing administration and configuration of Servers, Active Directory, Exchange and Windows Operating Systems.

* Knowledge of Networking, including routing & switching, TCP / IP and Firewalls.

* Any experience with VMware, NetApp or Office 365 is beneficial

* MCSA / MCSE / CCNA is preferable
