Cyber Security Manager - Nottingham- Financial Services - Competitive Salary + Excellent benefits

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Cyber Security Manager to join an established team within a globally recognised blue-chip organisation. Reporting into the Senior Security Director, the successful Cyber Security Manager will be responsible for supporting and managing strategies that transform the way the organisation thinks and behaves when it comes to cyber security. This role will focus on initiatives and projects that educate all employees and contractors about their role in making cyber security a core part of how they operate.

The role:

* Plan, manage and maintain complex, enterprise-wide, risk-based information security awareness campaigns and projects in support of the culture transformation initiative

* Develop and manage surveys and other feedback mechanisms to measure the impact and effectiveness of awareness campaigns and projects

* Collect, analyse and interpret data from feedback mechanisms in order to make recommendations

* Perform training needs analysis to identify gaps in training portfolio

* Deliver additional activities as defined by senior leadership

Required Skills:

* Extensive commercial experience in Information Security, developing awareness programs and deliverables

* Information Security qualification e.g. CISM/CISSP

* Understanding of NIST & ISO27002

* Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to meet tight and competitive deadlines

* Ability to partner effectively with peers, management and staff as well as internal & external business partners and vendors

Please note, to be considered for the Cyber Security Manager position, you must have unrestricted authorisation to work in the United Kingdom and you must be willing to submit to a background investigation, including verification of past employment, criminal history and educational background. You will also be required to travel for this role, up to 8 weeks per year.
