A Financial company in Bradford is looking for a Digital Optimisation Executive whose objective will be to assist in continuously improving the online customer journey.
As a Digital Optimisation Executive you will improve upon and define the online customer experience. You will report to the Digital Performance Analysis Manager, and contribute to the creation of the digital roadmap and management of the on-going delivery of the digital journey. Reporting to the Digital Performance Analysis Manager, the Digital Optimisation Executive will also carry out Multivariate Testing (MVT) and A/B Testing as part of the on-going plan to create the best possible Digital customer journey.
Digital Optimisation Executive Responsibilities:
*Work with the Product, UX and Development teams to: - implement any new site developments as required- Carry out A/B testing and MVT - Support research and design into new ways to enhance online customer journeys
*Work with 3rd Party Digital Optimisation testing Packages including Adobe Target and Decibel Insights (similar to Tealeaf)
*Be the primary point of contact for Senior management regarding digital customer journeys and website testing
*Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies as part of the wider digital optimisation roadmap - create, manage and improve the digital customer journeys.
*Manage and implement website tracking through Google Tag Manager, Ensure Testing and measuring capabilities are fit for purpose.
*Identify risks, and provide solutions - balancing risk with business needs.
*Creating a backlog of test results so there is a record of performance.
Digital Optimisation Executive - essential skills:
*Previous experience in a similar role/environment
*A Strong communicator - confident in communicating with, influencing and challenging people of different levels of seniority
*Able to work independently
*Technical knowledge and experience to provide high quality advice to senior managers/heads of functions
*Customer focussed with good business and analytical acumen
*In depth knowledge of website analytics software (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics etc.)
*Experience in A/B testing and MVT
*Experience in researching and analysing web user behaviour and creating plans to improve upon the results
*Knowledge of Technical SEO - work with relevant teams to increase traffic to the webpages
