Network Support Engineer

Exciting opportunity for a passionate Network Support Engineer to join my client who are a Cisco Premier Partner at their head office in Worcestershire.

My client is currently looking for a Network Engineer to join their expanding support team. You will be a highly committed, pro-active and confident individual. You will have an appetite for training and learning with an aspiration to progress through Cisco qualifications. This role brings something different each day so you must enjoy a challenge and have a can do attitude.

Key Responsibilities include:

*Provide professional level technical support to clients and colleagues within the Support team

*Troubleshoot and fault diagnosis within the following Cisco areas - Voice, Routing, Switching, Security and Wireless

*Assist in Configuration and Installation of large project work

*Undertake some installation and configuration requirements independently

Key Skills and Qualifications include:

*Relevant degree or appropriate experience

*CCNA or above preferably working towards CCNP

*Analytical and methodical with good organizational skills

*Good Communications skills, both verbal and written.

*Valid Driving License
