Senior eCommerce Analyst

Our client is a market leading supplier in educational resources to schools and educational institutions across the UK. A part of a larger group of organisations that operate globally, this an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Senior e-Commerce Analyst to join their team in their Midlands HQ.

As a Senior e-Commerce Analyst, you'll be using your technical digital knowledge and experience to drive platform improvements to the companies UK and International sites. With the customer experience at the forefront of what you do, this organisation is looking for an individual with a strong can-do attitude to ensure the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

-Drive platform improvements across UK and International Sites

-Improve online channels by developing, managing and delivering a roadmap

-Specify and Validate proposed solutions and developments across platforms

-Carry out Analysis of Impact and Risk

-Understanding of technical dependencies and testing prior to release

-Support the of the web platform is also an area you will be responsible for

-Investigate eCommerce requirements, problems and opportunities

-Manage relationships with third party suppliers (software and services)

-Validate testing approaches to ensure alignment with technical requirements/business needs

-Involvement across Full Project Lifecycle (requirement gathering through to testing)

Key Skills / Requirements

-Proven background delivering digital projects

-Experience in an analytical position (preferably within an eCommerce team, within the retail or FMCG sectors)

-Strong Business Analysis experience - gap analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, work stream management

-Ability to manage senior stakeholders and negotiate priorities

-Track record of working closely with analytics and marketing teams

-Knowledge of Project Tools and Methodologies (Agile, Prince2, Scrum, Jira, Confluence)

-Salesforce Commerce Cloud knowledge useful, but not essential

-A CIM Diploma in Digital Marketing advantageous, but not essential
