Excellent opportunity for a Programme Manager to take a key position in a rapidly growing, market leading company offering industry training and technical progression.

Do you have experience managing the implementation and development of new Programmes? Do you have a good understanding of the Hackitt report?

The company specialise in building new homes to Sustainable Homes Code standards, they are looking to build 100,000 homes in the next 10 years. They also manage thousands of additional houses regenerating and redeveloping these properties. They are set to become London's largest developer of new homes.

In this role you will be leading the development and implementation of Building safety and Fire Investment programmes. You will be responsible for a team of people working to implement the recommendations from the Hackitt report and ensure all properties are up to standard. You will be directly involved with clients, have a good knowledge of contracts and be prepared to head up critical meetings.

The ideal candidate will have a background in programme development and implementation ideally in domestic property.

The Role:

* Developing the building safety programme.

* Managing a team of people to ensure effective implementation

* Chairing meetings with clients and contractors

* £60,000 + Car Allowance, Pension, Holiday, Healthcare, Training

The Person:

* Experience in a similar programme implementation role

* Good knowledge of the Hackitt report

* Good communicator and experience as a team leader

* Full driving license and own vehicle
