Business Systems Analyst primary objective is helping the business implement technology solutions. Tasks will involve, determining the requirements and costings of a project or program, communicating them clearly to stakeholders and then documenting the approved requirements into work packages that can be passed directly to the development team.

Candidate will work closely with the Head of Business Analysis sometimes delivering work packages based on direct input from the Head of Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide guidance to the client on the most suitable solution, ensuring that all recommendations are achievable within the scope of the product

* Support development, review and approval of project related study documentation during the course of the Project Lifecycle, ensure documentation is complete and of a high quality

* Eliciting requirements

* Translating and simplifying requirements

* Requirements analysis

* Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement

Specific job skills:

* Proven working experience in providing help desk support

* Proficiency in English

* Working knowledge of help desk software and databases

* Strong client-facing and communication skills

* Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills

* Customer service orientation

Desirables:

* Moderate experience and understanding of SQL, database design and implementation

* Good knowledge of web technologies
