Spring Technology is currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst, to join a key project within a leading organisation in Birmingham on an initial 3 month contract. The client's data centre project is moving through it's application migration stage, and is at a point where there is space for a proactive Business Systems Analyst, who can map out the applications, identifying traffic patterns and data flows for the migration, along with translating technical information about the delivery for stakeholders to understand and buy in.

This will be a 3 month initial contract, with the opportunity to extend with the project. Our client is looking to pay up to £500 per day.

Our client is currently delivering a data centre migration, being lead by a highly experienced and dynamic Programme Manager, who is looking to add a logical Business Systems Analyst to their project team. This role would be ideal for someone who can work independently to map out the applications, which are going to be migrated into the new data centres, with a goal of identifying the traffic patterns between applications and also how the data is moving, keeping in mind this will include P2P, P2V and V2V. Once the applications are mapped out, the programme manager would be looking to work closely with you to identify any issues that could arise within the migration and jeopardise the changes being made. The project will be looking for solid documentation to go with this, and clear communication skills to ensure that stakeholders within the project are managed effectively. This will include cloud delivery too, along with working alongside developers, so understanding cloud technologies and programming will only help you in providing a comprehensive analysis for the project.

Skills:

* Experienced Business Systems Analyst, who can work independently and without guidance

* Application mapping experience, with an understanding of how traffic and data moves between applications

* Able to liaise with the business and project members effectively, to ensure requirements are gathered for accurate documentation

* It would be ideal if you have worked within a data centre project previously, to understand the challenges that are being faced

* Previously worked with third parties
