This company is looking for Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team to provide their clients with excellent technical support and mentor their more junior members of staff. You will be working with their account management team to advise on the best solutions for their clients IT infrastructure.

Based in their Cambridge office, you will be working to improve their processes and procedures and will be liaising with their clients directly on a day to day basis.

Skills and Experience

You will:

- be mentoring and training junior members of the team and proactively look for areas where they need support

- be the escalation point for more technical support issues using advanced troubleshooting and research skills

- use your initiative and expertise to reduce the ticket list rapidly during peak times

- support the team by looking for efficiencies in dealing with day to day issues

- spot opportunities for improvement of quality and efficiency within the service desk

- communicate directly with clients to set realistic expectations and ensure these are delivered professionally and in a timely manner

- stay abreast of new technology and developments within the industry

- support to their onsite account managers and the rest of the business as a whole
