We require a Project Administrator / Project Support Officer (PMO) for a market leading company in Bradford.

Day Rate: £200 - £270 per day dependent upon background

Contract Duration: 3 Months initially with a strong possibility of extension

We require a Project administrator / PMO co-ordinator for a market leading organisation who are currently engaged in multiple high profile programmes. You will be responsible for supporting on a GDPR workstream in facilitating the administration and coordination of the delivery of the programme activities.

The projects are very business change focused and we are looking for someone with a background in PMO administration or project support working on business change projects.

You will have an extensive background in supporting project managers / programme managers ideally within a PMO function supporting with planning, documentation and supporting general project coordination.

You will be the PMO point of contact for gathering data information to support regular and accurate reporting on a variety of project activities, including risk and performance. Provide Admin support in the management of key programme documentation required at different lifecycle stages, ensuring adherence to quality standards and controls

* You will be responsible for documenting meetings and devising action plans

* Updating project management documentation

* Using Microsoft office suite and Sharepoint for project documentation
