We require a Agile Business Analyst / Business Change Analyst to work on a critical business change project for a market leading organisation.
Day Rate: £325 - £425
Contract Duration: 3 Months
The company are working on a large high profile SAP programme which includes the delivery of an Management information / Business Intelligence reporting capability
We now need a business analyst with a significant background of business change with excellent stakeholder management skills and a background working in regulated environments.
You be required to elicit requirements through engagement workshops and interviews to provide developers with a developable requirement.
You will have excellent stakeholder management skills being able to engage with senior business leaders and IT technical SME's
You will be joining the Business Intelligence workstream delivering the following:
-Developing and maintaining a visual view of the requirements as a Product Blueprint that supports business engagement, analysis and playback of the gathered requirements, scope boundary and priority.
-Capture of user stories and functional/non-functional requirements in SharePoint and supplementary documentation as necessary such as visualisation mock-ups to support the need to define a developable requirement.
-Close collaboration with the Business Intelligence solution development team via attendance and contribution at daily stand-ups and tracking development progress via a team Kanban board to support management of delivery and expectations communicated with product owners and wider business stakeholders.
You will have a background as business analyst working in challenging and environments
You will have a strong background in requirements gathering ensuring the validity of existing requirements.
You will have a background working in agile analysis, modelling and documentation techniques
You will take responsibility for tracking business requirements through to business acceptance.
As a business analyst you will have excellent stakeholder management skills and a background in being the conduit between IT and the business
