DescriptionYou will be working a team of developers, analysts and project managers and be responsible for understanding, analysing and documenting the range of requirements and delivering system change across multiple areas of the group of businesses.
Project Management will be your primary focus though there will be elements where you will be required to use your business analysis experience to not only elicit the requirements but to ensure they are communicated across the wider development teams and to all end users.
You will be expected to take ownership of projects and change requests and you will ideally have exposure to the full software development life cycle. You'll be working with key stakeholders within the business to deliver IT change in an ever changing business and it would be advantageous if you were able to bring any experience of working within Retail, Digital Delivery, B2B or B2C environments.
As you'd expect communication across the departments and around the wider business is a vital part of the role as there is always a set of ever changing priorities and expectations for you to manage. You should have a clear focus on the customer's needs and be comfortable challenging the status quo, whilst always keeping an eye on how the processes and applications could be improved.

You will be working on a .Net tech stack, MS SQL (SSiS and DTS) Actian Ingress (DB Layer), OpenROAD (Business Logic) and ASP.Net and C# front end. All data movement is controlled via the Data Connect ETL tool and there are various in/external websites and intranets on ASP.Net and for eCommerce using Hybris.
